I am using a CENIX VR-P600 voice recorder to do some interviews for my post grad research. The manual is in Korean, fair enough, and the company website has an English downlaod for every model except mine! Hmmm... but I am managing to get help with the basics of it anyhow. BUT

I can't get the pc part to work. Basically it comes with a programme called Powervoice' and I shd be able to upload the voice files to my pc. Have installed it fine, but it is not recognising the recorder when I connect it.

Any tips? (bear in mind I am not good at computing stuff!).

P.S. Just checke dit again, says is connected (on the Powervoice page) but doesn't show the recorder as being there on the bit with'connected devices' on the My Computer page.

What OS are you using. I presume windows...what version of windows then?
