I was just curious. What are your culinary creations using blenders? |

Bananas & orange juice as a quick breakfast. Sometimes also add plain yoghurt. |

Cooked or canned garbanzo/chick peas added to a bit of chicken broth and heated in pot with a bit of garlic and rosemary. Add the rosmary at the very end and NEVER let it boil in any recipe.
Blend the heck out of it being careful not to let the blender splatter hot stuff on you. OUCH.
The final result is a VERY smooth and creamy soup with a great mix of flavors.
Cheers,

google and you'll find what you want.
I just bought a blender yesterday (6 speeds, doubles as a juicer with attachment). So far I have only made smoothies. Ice, plain yogurt, milk, fruit cinnamon and vanilla blend till smooth - very very delicious.
made coffee ice cubes this morning and will try some frozen, blended coffee drinks later in the week. |

best and easiest pasta sauce ever. chopped fresh tomatoes, a little basil, and garlic in the blender, pour over cooked pasta, add a little mozzarella and maybe some black pepper- heaven on a plate. |

Tomatoes, parsley, garlic, hot peppers, red and green peppers (paprika), onion and some vinegar for a decent, if slightly runny, uncooked salsa. |

coffee ice cubes
milk
cinnamon
vanilla
vanilla ice cream
coffee (double strength - if you have an espresso machine use a single shot)
blend till smooth.
Made my first one with double strength coffee today - pretty good, but I didn't let the coffee cool down long enough before making the blended drink.
the only thing I'm missing at home is straws and whipping cream which I'll fix up the next time I head to a big super. |
