Korean hardware store. Lacquer is 'lackurr' in Konglish. 'Nice' (as in the French city) is Korean for varnish. Just say 'spray lackur'. If you want fancy colours the big stationery stores have spray enamel, Testor's. For eg. Kyobo books Kwangwahmun. The big stationary store underground at Express Bus terminal has a LOT of imported spraypaint, enamel and acrylic. There's also a stationery store in COEX mall that has imported spraypaint. It's on a sideway not far away from the main drag. Just go to Bandi and Lundi and walk away from the main drag. You'll pass a photo developing place on the left, and 'art shop' on the right. Keep going it's on the right. Big stationery store. Lots of Western stuff it's really cool. |

Sorry to jump in on your thread but I have a similar question.
Does anyone know where I can get paint for airbrushes?
I have my airbrush but have run out of paint. |

Where can I find Testor's? Never heard of it? And where's Kwangwahmun. I know of the Kyobo in Jongo station, would the Jongno Kyobo also have spray paint? |

Places like Homeplus and Emart also have this stuff, although I've never picked up their lacquer, spray paint has been no problem.
So, whatcha gonna paint? |

A buddy of mine is going to paint a tavern floor, big floor mural. I'm asking on his behalf, and may help transport him to wherever he needs to go. I'll I'm almost an hours' drive from Homeplus or E-mart, so I wanted to ask about those places before actually making the pain in the ass trek. |
