Add sliced carrots and some nuts or seeds to your rice to make it a bit morish. Corn is optional. |

Rice cooker yoghurt.
This is something I came up with a few weeks ago.
Put some pasta in the bottom of your rice cooker (a robust shape like fussili or penne works best), then cover it with water. Put another pot onto, so that the water comes up - but not over - the sides, but not too far up. Put two litres of milk in this pot, and one live yoghurt. Give it a stir.
Set your rice cooker to 'warm', NOT 'cook'. Close the lid but don't seal it.
Leave it for 12 hours and you should have two litres of delicious, fresh unsweetened, un-futzed-with yoghurt. If you've still got milk, then it was too hot and you killed the bacteria in the yoghurt. Sorry.
Make labneh by taking some of this yoghurt and straining it through a cheesecloth for 6 hours or so. |

After cooking your rice, add some meat, veggies and some of that dried soup mix. Add water, spices and let cook a while. |

Take one of those tiny chickens, stuff it with rice, ginseng and garlic, add some carrots and potatoes on top. Takes 2-3 hours if I remember correctly. |
