As an Irish person, i always supported the little guy, as we have little guy complexes because of England being our neighbours,,,,killing us, making us suffer for over 800 years bla de bla bla bla.

but then i met a lot of Canadians who never shut up about the bad things about America....get over it, and most people can't tell the difference apart from Canadians saying "aboot" and "eh" a lot and also the flag stuck to the backpack........what the hell is with the flag????

The flag goes back to the Vietnam war, when Canadians were confused for Americans in Europe, so Canadians put that on to quickly help Europeans know the difference (and not get American-directed hatred).

I see nothing wrong with proud Canadians putting a little maple leaf on their backpack.
