| I'm trying to find out more about PS after-school programs at the moment, but I've heard some bad things about the programs that are run for the schools by hagwons. Firstly, what should I be wary of when looking into positions with hagwon-run programs? Is it all financial stuff or am I probably going to deal with other hassles as well? Secondly, if the difficulties with hagwon-run programs are prohibitive, how might I go about finding a position with an after-school program that is not run by a hagwon? I'd really appreciate any help or tips any of you have to offer. |
