Hopefully you got a window or aisle seat. That flight is brutal when crammed in between people.

don't eat anything. Eating will alter your body's clock. Come over, crash out, then you'll be set.

you're still gonna be wrecked when you come over, i just hope you don't have to go to your school straight away when you land, take a few days to relax and settle in before you start teaching.

you should just play some online poker or if you wanna watch some tv shows or documentaries etc then visit http://www11.alluc.org/alluc/ it's a good site.

when I try and play a show or movie on that website it tells me the clip has been blocked in my region, what's the deal? I'm in the US by the way.

i know some sites are sick of getting sued in the u.s so what they have done is block access for ppl in the states, not sure if this is anything to do with you not getting on it but it could be!!

I NEVER drink alcohol on an 6+ hour flight. Has caused nightmare hangover/jet lag for me in the past. Some people swear by it, but it has never worked for me.

Second that. I had a massive session on a flight to London recently, which continued on the train to my home town. I also had a big session the night before the flight which can't have helped either. It took me at least a week to get over it.
