|
|
I am aware that is a person held an E2 previously, they are able to get another/ extend an E2 visa.
What about those that have had an E2 visa before but had not had one for a while?
For example, the last time I was in Korea working on an E2 was in 2005, would a person like me be able to apply for an E2 more easily than someone who is applying for the first time? |

The only difference is the ability to obtain a visa in a 3rd country (like Japan) and the exemption from the consular interview in your home country.
Otherwise the process is the same for new applicants and those who have worked here before.
