If I wanted to move to a SMOE job in Sep. Would I need to get a new visa, do a visa run to Japan or return to England.

I just renewed my GEPIK contract at the same school for a second year in May.

How much notice would I need to give my school to resign and are they obliged to give a letter of release, it's a public school. If they aren't obliged to give me this letter, how do I overcome this obstacle?

Thanks.

You signed a new contract with GEPIK already?

You should honor that contract, it's not like they are screwing you over.
