I have a flight to Shanghai booked and paid for, but from China, I want to fly to the Philippines, not back to Korea. I'm having a lot of trouble getting my one way flight out of China from Korea. I've contacted philippino airlines that have offices in Korea, but they won't book for you unless you're leaving or entering Korea. I called the airline in the Philippines, but they screwed up my credit card info and thus I could not keep my reservation.
Does anyone know of travel agents/ airlines that will help book a flight from China to the Philippines while in Korea? Or have a credit card I can borrow? (just kidding...) |

I have to have a flight out of China in order to get through customs in the first place...would be a good idea, though. |

Check:
http://www.cebupacificair.com/
They periodically have online ticket sales that could be considered give-aways, to increase market share.
There is one going on now til 04 June.

I entered China on a 1 way - do you know for certain you need a RT? I took a train down to Vietnam, maybe you want to go on the train to Moscow - ? just tell them that and buy it in Shanghai - probably will be cheaper |

I entered China several times on a 1-way ticket and there was no question about it.....
Get one ticket from Korea to China and then while you are in China, book one to the Philippines
As long as you have a visa, the immigration officers won't hassle you. |

yeah, I think the whole "1-way ticket" thing is just to keep out obviously poor people who are coming to China to work.. never been an issue |

Yeah, I also flew into Shanghai on a one way ticket, no problem.
You could try the Cathay Pacific website for flights from Hong Kong to Philippines. |
