SNL has been funny about 6 times in 30 years.

That's something Americans need to face. Like Canadians need to face the fact that Kids in the Hall has never been funny.

It was OK on occasion, especially when it had no competition. Mad TV was better when it was around, but the best was Second City by far.

Jeopardy skits by far. SNL hasn't been funny for a while, but those skits are tremendous.

Connery: "I'll take 'The Rapist' for 1000 Alex."

Alex: "...That's...'Therapist' Mr. Connery.

Almost as good as...

"I'll take 'The *beep* Mightier'"

You have got to be effing kidding me! They *beep*ed the clinical name for the male member???

Deleting pics of gay porn is fine but *beep* is not a dirty word! Not like I said cock, wang, dick or schlong!

Jesus Christ, get off your high horse, mods! What are you all a bunch of front pew sitting southern baptists?

(now lets take bets to see how long this stays up)

edit: apparently it is fine to use those other terms, just not the clinical term.

I like the skits, but your links are of the skits. They are just repeating the same lines over and over again.

Agreed. That was the only decent link I could find for the "Superfans" skit. Keep them coming though this is an entertaining topic. I will try to post better links.

I always liked SNL's "Celebrity Jeopardy." But I prefer the Young Ones' version...

For those who watch House, notice a young Hugh Laurie playing Lord Monty in the University Challenge skit.
