|
|
My friend and I will be going to Cambodia for the upcoming summer break.
I'm aware of the ease and convenience of the e-Visa the Cambodian government offers. However, will they physically stamp your passport upon arrival?
If not, does anyone know if the Cambodian Embassy in Yongsan-gu could process the tourist visa with stamp?
I like stamps.
Thanks! |

It is probably too late, but I will answer to help others. Yes, they will stamp your passport when you enter and exit the country. However, you will not get the full page visa that is normally attached to your passport. |

What's the benefit with the e-visa? I'm going to Cambodia next week, and everything i've read says that all i need to bring on the flight is a little picture and $25. Is it just not having to deal with filling out the form on the flight or is there some bigger reason i'm not seeing? There's not a chance of my visa being denied, is there? |

The benefit is not having to deal with corrupt officials and cheated out of money at land crossings. By air, it is not a problem. The last time I checked, the visa is $20 + 1 photo instead of $25. |
