In terms of preparation time and calories, I think I may have all of you beat (if it's a competition, which of course it isn't). Here's what I eat:
- coffee, black. First I grind the beans, then run the outside of my french press under hot water. Put the beans and boiling water. Stir after two minutes; pour after four.
- two servings of oatmeal, cooked in water with a quarter cup of skim milk and with blackberries, cranberries and wild blueberries mixed when it's almost done cooking.
- five egg white, two yolk omelet with minced garlic, chopped onions, peppers, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes and with a slice of cheese in the middle. |
Where can you find skim milk?!? I have only been able to find low fat milk! |
Try E-Mart. I'm not sure but any major grocery store should have it too, shouldn't it? |

Thanks for the tip. I've looked at Homeplus, but I was never able to find it. I'm relatively new here, so I haven't checked out E-Mart yet. Thanks again! |

| I'd like to recommend the granola from Homeplus. It has no added sugar and is 60 percent dried fruit (or something like that). It's from England I think (via Tesco) and costs 11,000 a box. It's good morning food though and I'm surprised. Most granola has added sugar and so tastes cloying. Not this stuff. Big deal about it being ORGANIC on the box too. |

| I don't leave myself much spare time in the morning... usually I'll have a Let's Be Mild Coffee, a few marinated quail eggs and a handful of cherry tomatoes, maybe some cereal with soymilk if I have time. Blueberry yogurt too on occaision. |

I enjoy one of these every now and then myself. It usually coincides with my boyfriend ordering a furburger with a side of thighs |
