Try those large fancy department stores like Lotte or Shinsaegae, etc. There are also up-scale men's shops like LG scattered around.

I bought a long raincoat for w80,000 off the street in Itaewon, of course they tried to sell me a suit when I was inside but I told them after I finish my diet. A big umbrella and gum boots (wellingtons??) will complete the look.

And not too hot in the summer as long as you don't wear anything underneath.

Oskinny...I just have to say, "I love your avatar."

It's not so much the yum-yums that I like, although they are, of course, yummy.

It's the look on her face and her actions...I imagine her just receiving some off-humor comment about the melons in question, to which she simply smiles, and then says, "What? These?....Bam!" and does her little arm waving thing. Funny. Tangent over.

Easy, just hang around outside a girls middle school or girls high school, at finish time, and you'll probably see some guy wearing a trench coat.
Go up and make him an offer.

I always wore a raincoat in America, but here it's all about the umbrella. Also, they speak some weird language I don't get.

yeah, that's a bit steep - heck you could fly to china and buy one made there, even London Fog probably - and still come out ahead.
