I just posted an items and has sold, I didn't post the one item but I included it in shipping just to give the buyer an idea for the part that he is going to buy seperately. He received it and complained about the item that he didn't expect coz he wanted to buy that item seperately.. I answered him that just throw the item that was not included in my selling items, I asked for pardon why I included it, I just wanted to give him an idea for the product but not to complain about the unworking item which was not really for sale.. After 5 weeks, he wrote me that he has a problem with the item that I include, coz it is not working, and he always asked me about the warranty of it, I answered him, if it still covered of warranty or A/S, am not going to include it, of course, am going to sale it with other items, or sell it seperately. Then he wrote me again that the not for sale and not working item is expensive,, I just wrote him that, I didn't care about the price coz it was his intention to buy seperate one. He wanted me to change the deal or my post and include the not for sale item, that is after 5 weeks of the deal,, and so if I do, he has the right to complain about the not for sale,, I haven't followed his advise coz, only the not for sale item has a problem, I told and wrote him back that just throw it coz it was NOT really a part of the selling items, then, he wanted me to share the expenses or the cost of the not for sale item coz he is looking for the replacement for it.. I refused coz I believed that I have no responsibilities about it. (not for sale item). he has no choice so he wants to return it back coz he found cheaper items in other site, (no wonder why he has many negative comments about spliff or other members,, ) I wrote him back that it was not my mistake for not searching first about the items before he buy it.. Do I need to return the money or we will need to discuss it in front of korean police,, coz the owner of the items he's complaining for is korean. is it my fault or he is somewhat a greedy. or it is his style, other strategy to earn money here in South Korea.. |

Your fault.
It's clear that your name and the word 'idiot' are never far away in a sentence.

I couldn't get through the first sentence. It made my brain hurt.
Please tell me you're not a teacher.
I know this is a message board, and some people claim that proper punctuation isn't necessary on a message board, but come on. It shouldn't stop you from simply MAKING SENSE! |

Rockyroad is either an excellent troll, or a non-native speaker after genuine advice about the situation from Westerners. Most likely the former. |

Tentative translation/brief summary:
The OP was selling some (electrical?) goods. Along with the goods she sold, she included another item, that was not part of the deal. It was something that he intended to buy seperately. The one she included was a faulty item that was merely included to give the buyer an idea of he was going to buy later. Kind of for show. She communicated this to him (though perhaps not effectively). 5 weeks after the deal, he tried to get it included as part of the deal (after the fact). It doesn't work, and so he is trying to negotiate that she pay for the cost of replacing it. But she had never intended it as being part of the sale in the first place, and had told him to throw it away.
She wants to know who is in the wrong. |

I would have to say that the OP is in the wrong if her/his verbal communication skills are as dodgy as her/his written ones. The poor buyer probably had no idea what they were buying or what the deal was! |

Easy to follow format:
Rocky has 2 separate items for sale.
Buyer is interested in both.
Buyer buys one item and is still interested in the other.
Rocky sends the working purchased item. Along with it, Rocky sends a non-working example of the other item, simply for example reasons. The other item, which is in working order, is still for sale. Along with the working purchased item and the defunct example item, Rocky sends a poorly worded, confusing explanation.
Now at this point, the only money exchanged concerns the working, purchased item. The buyer has no right to demand anything more. Rocky has no obligation to fix the non-working, example item because it was not purchased. It was given for free for information purposes. However, the explanation Rocky included with the shipment was so poorly worded and confusing, logic has abandoned ship.
Rocky seeks lost logic and searches for it on eslcafe.com. He receives the logic, along with grammar education, and learns that he shouldn't do jack shit for the buyer because he fulfilled his end of the deal and sent a working, purchased item. |
