I am moving back to the USA the 3rd week of June and want to find someone who would like to rent my apartment.
The rent is 350,000won per month and the deposit is 3,000,000won. It is a 1 room apartment on the first floor. It is only 4 minutes walking distance from Itaewon station exit #3, next to the Rocky Mountain Pub. The apartment also has a parking lot.
I want to sell all of the funiture and houseware I have purchased for the apartment to the new renter for 550,000won.
The following is a list of what is included with the apartment:

Tromm (LG) clothes washer/dryer combo model WD-955RD http://www.happyonly.com/page/sub03.html?pnum=11645
Queen size bed with bedding
2 large closets with 80 wooden hangers
Large 6 drawer dresser
Full length wooden mirror
Kitchenware
Large fan
Folding clothes hanger
Iron/Ironing board
Speakers and subwoofer
And Much more!

I am not selling small individual items. The renter of the apartment gets everything.

If you would of listed your apartment 2 weeks earlier I would of taken your apartment and bought all your belongings. I am not too far from you, I live about less 2 blocks from Phillies in Haebangchon.
I can't pm yet, but I'll offer 125k. I'd need to find someone to help me move it though.
If that couch is in perfect condition, I'm willing to bump up my offer. |

Hey, I saw your post on craigslist a few days ago..
If you're offering the apartment on the condition that the renter buy all your stuff, how much do you want for your stuff??
How much do you pay for building fees, hydro, etc? |

Yes, the couch is in perfect condition and looks new. It's about 30,000 if you want to hire a moving truck. |

If no one takes it soon, I will start to sell my furniture individually so let me know if you are interested in any of it. |
