Kinda sad how much is for show and image and not productivity.

Hell being at work all the friggin time reduces productivity and causes burnout.

Seems like the French have the right idea.

saving face one of the sillier asian 'customs', IMO... why not simply DO a good job instead of just appearing to do so? economics is based upon results, not appearances!

where i'm from, 'saving face' at work is called 'fucking the dog'!
