Maybe you should join them? You've got your agenda and you're obviously proficient at twisting stories around. Getting knocked down next to a bus and getting knocked down next to a bus on THE WRONG SIDE OF A POLICE BARRICADE are two very different things sir. |
Right on butt face, they didn't show you the part after they cut the camera off when the cops dragged her out from under the bus and continued to kick her in the head. How about a woman getting knocked down backwards by three male cops and getting kicked in the head, irregardless of what side of the barricade it's on. This says something about lacking personal discipline.
Real masculine. Gang up, go for the girls and kick them in the head. You must get off on it.

I was at home that night. My head is fine. If I care, I'll buy Korean beef, but I don't care. |

Just watched it. The cops that did that are disgusting magoots.
Based on the level of competency most people have in their jobs in this country I'd surprised if they get much in the way fo training etc...
Still, no excuse, simple human dignity and respect tells you you don't stomp on a harmless woman's head. Well, in some places it does..... |

That's what's wrong with our society. You've probably seen images of the police stomping down people about 100 times a year (in the huge majority of the time for simply protesting the violation of their rights by the state) if you are even a passive follower of the media. But all you folks can find wrong with this is that this one time it was a woman ? Where was the outcry the other times you passive supporters of fascism ? |

And you know this, how? Provide proof or stfu.
I'm no friend of the police brother but I'm not so screwed in the head to know what happens in these kinds of situations. Yeah, it sucks, but it was her choice to not protest peacefully and instead try to break a police line. |

There's Democracy...and there's Mob Rule. Korea is governed by the latter. |

How do you know she wasn't planning on lobbing a grenade at the cops? Ever see Full Metal Jacket? |

If you don't want to get kicked in the head, try staying away from situations where said head-kicking is either going on or highly likely to occur. |

Are you serious? They continued to beat her after she backed off? That is messed. And what's this about someone getting knocked backwards and kicked while they were down? Do you have any links, preferable to something written? I've seen about as much brutality as I can for one day. |

Maybe there was misogyny at the root of this particular beating, but I am willing to bet there wasn't. I think it was just some bigger, better equipped, and better trained people beating a smaller and physically weaker person. That's bad enough without making it a gender issue. |

Nah, I'm not going to STFU.
The girl is a student at Seoul National University. In the video, you see her roll under the bus as the cop, in full riot protection gear, is knocking her head to the ground, with her holding her head. Then you see a cop, in full riot gear turn to the camera and push it away, telling the person filming to turn it off.
This morning I talked about this to a business class I teach. What happened after the camera was shut off was appalling. She was pulled out from under the bus and the police proceeded to kick her in the head, as she was down on the ground. I honestly don't know why you think she was in the wrong. She is well within her right to demonstrate. |

Right. I saw a video full of people getting beaten up by the authorities watch dogs. Nothing strange or new there. I never noticed any outcry from you folks before. Has it come to this ? Does it take a woman getting beaten before you can project humanity onto a thing ? Is that the only issue you can see here ? Mysogyny ?
Freaking valium culture zombies.
I'm on the soap box today. |
