I think the Current Events seems to be one of the more civilized forums on Dave's believe it or not, though it's a political forum.
I do give you guys credit for that. Of course, there are those still crossing the line like aka Dave calling someone recently a slimebag.
You need to refrain from such epithets.

| There's still far too much ad hominen atrtacks, and attacking the messenger rather than deconstructing the message, but it wasn't so long ago I had completely given up on the place as a lost cause. So, I guess things are getting better because otherwise I wouldn't bother to hang around even as seldom as i do. |

Yes, Dad, we've been pasteurized if not yet homogenized.
That's not always a good thing in my book, though. Half the fun is in watching us vultures pick the carrion clean. |

I disagree. The ever-so mild-yet-unmistakable aroma of stale and possibly diseased milk is still hard to avoid, harder to ignore ... especially some ceretain directions of the compass ...

Help me, somebody ... I think you need to take a good look at yourself and SEE if you're the kind of person Enrico Palazzo WANTS you to be ... It's no big thing, it's a small thing ...
