http://blogs4brownback.wordpress.com/2007/10/03/furries-a-twisted-freakshow-of-utter-depravity/

I'm not going to paste the article because the best bits are the responses to the article and it would be ridiculous to post it all. Check it out.

Have the wingnuts on the far right run out of things to hate? I looked for an anti-cowgirl site but couldn't find one, I'm sure they'll get to that soon.

Here are a couple choice excerpts...

Quote:
This country, the entire world really, is in dire need of a cultural and spiritual revival. Furries are a sure sign of a society that is sick right down to its very core. Presidential candidate Sam Brownback has repeatedly stated that we must rebuild our families, renew our culture and revive our economy if we are to sustain and grow ourselves.

Part of renewing our culture is taking a close look at and eradicating the symptoms and causes of the furry problem. You can be sure that a Brownback Presidency will bring us closer to G-d and away from deviancy. The furry problem must be addressed if we are to survive as a society. Be sure to do your part as a Christian, as an American and as a parent. Support Senator Brownbacks campaign. Today. Its the right thing to do.

Isnt it time you got involved?

This is hilarious. Some people like to wear fur and have sex, so elect Sam Brownback, that man that hates evolution. Wait, maybe that's the source of all the problem...

Quote:
Once you have determined that this unnatural behavior taken place, be sure also to have a qualified veterinarian examine any family pets and suggest his friends parents do the same. Many furries have more than a platonic interest in animals and often encourage Fido or Fluffy to be a furrys best friend, if you know what I mean.

Is it just me or are some of these righties just a little TOO obsessed with bestiality. Me thinks thou dost protest too much?

Quote:
We have a teenage girl at my church is a furry. She thinks she is some kind dragon. The pastors have counseled this girl and prayed over her but the furry demon still persists in her. The girls parents even sent her off a to special camp for furry reclamation last summer and even that didnt work. While no one wants to give up on the girl we are all at a loss as what to do.

No one can tell me furry is a harmless thing after the pain I have seen that family go threw.

I love seeing poor grammar and spelling on conservative rant sites. I makes me feel smarter and justified in my political views.

Quote:
I think that anyone who pretends to be an animal is someone who does NOT want to be human. They are filled with hate for themselves and for everyone else, especially the baby Jesus.

I think these people should be kept in pens and be used as a food source for Ethiopians, Zimbabweans and other dammed peoples, in the hopes that if they are kept alive a bit longer maybe some of them would convert.

Because Baby Jesus is clearly pro-canibalism.

Check your childs closet. Check his browsing history. Check his picture directory. Examine his stuffed animals. And if hes involved in this, beat him to within an inch of his life, cut his Internet service, throw away his computer and all of his custom CDs and DVDs and hustle him to a deprogrammer immediately. He may or may not thank you later. But you just might save his soul, and those of a trail of future victims.

That was my favorite bit: child abuse is better than kinky sex.

I'm guessing he won't be pleased. In fact, he may come back as an adult and murder you.

That would be OK if he uses a legally purchased fire arm and didn't wear a rabbit suit.

But this thread makes me wish I hadn't left my DVD of Jimmy Stewart in "Harvey" back home. One of the great movies. Sigh.

Shocked Very Happy Laughing Laughing

I'd like to nominate this thread for thread of the year. It may only be on page one now, but it clearly has a lot of potential.

Hilarious, albeit not as likely to go down in flames as some...

Thanks for the laughs! Laughing Cool

All I know about this subject I learnt off an episode of CSI. There were some clasic one-liners in that episode!

I saw that same CSI episode. I thought they were just making it up until I searched the internet for "Furries," and I found that they were indeed real. Quite strange...

Really?

According to 'people' Jesus weeps a lot. Which is odd, since I've always considered him rather tough. The dude did get nailed to wood and hung for days without losing it, doesn't he deserve some more credit.

Part of me hopes Christianity is accurate, and all the religious wackadoo's attempts to bring about the rapture are successful. I want to see the look on the faces of the 'strict' 'Christians' I know when not only do they not get into heaven, but they're first on the daemon reaming list.
