Speaking as someone who grew up on a sheep farm in NZ in the much cheaper 70s, once or twice a month is not considered 'quite often'. Wink |
Speaking as someone who grew up in Canada, I'm surprised you Kiwis even have electricity. Wink. |

| This caused outrage and uproar, the idea of importing foriegn grass to Korean Soil lol |
That didn't stop Park Chung Hee sending some members of his intelligence services on a trip to Egypt to steal some of there rice.
Apparently it was easier to grow and produced a higher yield than the Korean traditional variety.
I always wondered why he didn't just ask them for some.
In the end I don't think the Egytian rice worked out too well in Korea - funny that. |

| There are quite a few places in itaewon that sell Lamb. The foreign Food Market next to "what the book" sells ground lamb (that I love) and also lamb cut into cubes. If you walk down the alley (going to the station to the left of that shore)you will see a few more places that sell it. |

I ate Lamb Shabu shabu the other day. It was delicious.
While riding the bus from Dongdaemun, i noticed a place that sold grilled "Lamb Gopchang" (intestine). |

Why don't Canadians eat squid? Or for that matter, intestine?
Oh my god, the shocking diversity of LIFE!
