Do I need to submit my medical check along with all my other documents in order for immigration to process my new E2 visa?
I think I heard something about it needed to be submitted before I get my alien card. I'm not sure. |

You have 90 days to get your ARC. To get your ARC you must submit the results of a medical exam done in Korea. |

If you're applying for a NEW visa, the medical check is to be completed AFTER entering Korea on the new visa and BEFORE applying for your ARC.
If you're applying to change/extend your current status of stay, you must submit the medical check at the time of application. |

True, but if the OP doesn't have an ARC, he/she can't be extending their E-2 (period of sojourn). |

True enough. I was just pointing out that it's a little different depending on whether one's entering on a new visa or extending their current sojourn.
In other words, I was tossing in my 20 won. |
