| I work there, it is pretty quiet, mostly apartments. There is a GS mart there, and a few stores. It is about a 6 min ride from downtown where most of the department stores and bars are. Personally I would prefer to live in that area over where I am (downtown). |

It is one of the richer parts of the city with mostly apartments that are about 5-15 years old.
There are many hagwons there as a result of this...it is a solid place to live. |
