I tried to Google it but couldn't get my mind around it quite.
Have a friend from China and I think they said they have C3 visa? Just curious.

| It is the extended tourist visa. It means that a person that could normally stay here for 30 days can stay here for 90 days. I was on that visa for the first 6 months I was here looking for a job. |
