Eviction Sale (Hongdae/Shinchon area)

My landlord is evicting me because he wants to move himself into my super sweet apt. that Ive been in for 7 years. My new place is too small for all the furniture Ive collected so Im selling a few pieces. (send email address and I will send more detailed photos right away)

1. Sofa Bed (100,000W) This is an American import I think because my friend in the U.S. has an identical sofa. I bought it second hand for about 300,000. Its super solid and quite attractive. Think west coast hippie rustic. It has magazine pockets on both ends and the arms open to hold drinks, remote controls, etc. Its long and good for naps. Its a little uncomfortable as a bed so not good for long periods, but great for the occasional guest.

2. Futon/sofa combo (30,000W) Just your basic little fold up futon that can be a 2 person floor sofa or a sleeper. It makes a great foot rest for the sofa bed.

3. (sold)

4. Nice patio recliner and side table from Costco. (30,000) Great for tanning, reading in the sun etc.

5. A couple of office chairs for free if anyone needs one.

6. Standard issue Korean puke green ot jang or clothes cabinet (free). 2 bottom drawers and 2 door space for hangin clothes. Matches the puke green wall paper! Drawers dont shut properly! Doors are not aligned! But does what it should.. holds clothes.

Call or email if interested
