A lot of places will ship to Korea if you have a US-based credit card or account for them to charge. Many of the ones that say they will do APO/military addresses will make an exception.

UPS, FedEx, & DHL ship here and can provide a tracking number. If you see something you like, you can always call and ask. Just make sure you speak to a supervisor; don't waste your time explaining things to someone who doesn't have the power to make it happen.

Personally, I've never asked Target, but hey, they just might.

Good luck.

I tried to order some T-shirts from Amazon a few years back, but they wouldn't ship them. Has that changed?

What do you usually purchase from American Apparel? I am a wholesaler with them because I run a t-shirt design company.
