From the first article:

One story in the last few days, for example, said that cheap, poisonous American beef would be used for school lunches. A weeping 13-year-old was quoted lamenting that she had worked so hard to get good grades and now she was going to die. |

Man, what a completely biased article. It basically depicts Koreans as a mad raving crowd. It doesn't mention the egregious parts of the deal that surrenders Korean sovereignty, it whitewashes Lee's clumsy attempt to use beef imports as a tool for the FTA without preparing his own people, and it assumes that the science is clear on this when you even had the US Cattlemen's Association calling Canadian beef unsafe as early as last year.
Western media sparkling! |

But, they are raving mad! Search "mad cow" in the international news and all results are for Korea. It is a case of mass hysteria. |

Right, and Korean media is a fine example of journalistic integrity. They're the ones who started this madness with shoddy reporting and the spreading of misinformation. |

Hahahaha. |
Not cool-13 year olds haven't developed critical thinking capabilities in real countries, let alone in conformist drone territories. |

I've seen this quote from like four different articles now, twice it was a boy who said it, and twice it was a girl. I think the quote might be fabricated to incite an emotional reaction in the Korean readers. |

It is not in the interest of an American interest group chairman to say his competitors beef is safe. I routinely tell girls I am interested in that their boyfriends have crabs or some sexual transmitted derivative. |

That would be great, except that Roh was the one who made those promises. I love how the sheep were fine with it when the leftie pres agreed to it, but once Lee merely took the step of honoring the agreement, everyone crapped their pants in collective anger. |

Though to be fair, it is not always easy to tell the difference between the boys and girls over here. |
