Hello everybody, this is my first post!
I would like to work at a public school, I have an interview tomorrow, what do you think my chances are of landing a job. I am very wary of these hakwons and think that a PS would be wayyy more stable.
I have an interview at a hakwon tomorrow by the name of BCM in Seoul, can anyone shed some light on this place at all??? --> http://www.bcm.co.kr/Group/e_ceo.asp (seems legit but I have no idea)
any input is greatly appreciated.

impossible. I've insisted nobody has sex in this country. It has one of the lowest birthrates in the world, doesn't allow abortion and frowns on contraception. and still manages to not reproduce. easy? nobody gets laid here ever. You want to work in china. |

Ok, ok.
I don't know anything about the hogwan. You may want to put the hogwan's name in the title of this thread.
For PS jobs, it depends on your education, experience and qualifications. Post some basic info and we'll chime in. |

They can't fill their quotas. Don't be an asshat on the interview and you'll be fine. They really want to hire you pretty much, so you gotta do something bad to make em not take ya (from what I hear).
Anyways, here's an early welcome to Korea for ya |

Say what now? So, why are there abortion clinics all over the place in plain view? |

Actually, many people with close to 100 posts can't PM, the rule is absolute shit.
Anyhow, you can get a PS job. I have a friend in SMOE with nothing more than a BA in history. |

As long as you have the requirements (degree, from one of the accepted countries, and willing to jump through the hoops), finding a job in Korea is as Tompatz puts it "finding a big mac in a mcdonalds" |
