Haha... Ya I scammed the title. I don't have a wonderful tear jerker to share though to start this bad boy up. I just thought it'd be good to have a thread dedicated to the males side of this equation.
After teaching in Korea for a year I have come to the conclusion that I am going to stay in Korea land for a long time. I have also come to the the conclusion that, at least for the next little bit, I will try my efforts towards dating Korean women. Western women in Korea I find don't want a relationship. They know they are leaving the country in a year, so the life of sex sex sex booze booze barf appeals to them more I guess. So in the end I'll most likely marry a Korean woman.
That being said. Thoughts?
Do Korean women have the same(as Korean men were said to have in the other post) backlash from their parents if they marry a foreigner ?
Are all Korean women super needy/possessive/throw things? I have heard some fun horror stories. I know not all Korean girls are like this. My friend's married to a Korean girl and she doesn't ... throw things at least. She could rip your arm off with out thinking though. Just curious about the stereotypes and home much they are true.
What other pitfalls would befall a Western/Canadian man trying to marry a Korean woman? |

I can see from your avatar that you wear shoes in the house. That is barbarian activity that removes you from the Korean prospective marriage dating pool.
Sorry, play again. |

Not my cat, nor my shoes, nor my carpet, not my cellphones, nor my dirty tupaware dish, nor my GIF. |

I stand corrected. Do you have a two cellphones? I'd recommend having two if you're a player. |

Haha. That'd be a change of pace. What would the world come to when I started accepting any any all that came knocking on my door?
I'm not exactly what you would call Bugly/Fugly. |

Haha. Technically... I think I own about 3 or 4 cell phones... only one that works though. I think the pager/cellphone combination works best for players. It gives the impression that you're a somebody. Plus then you don't have to worry about girls sending you texts while ur with another lady... although I'm not sure how you can turn off caller ID when you call out in korea...
that being said. BAM... what does that have to do with me finding a korean wife?... is that the route that is needed? |

Why? because you find one guy that has high standards?
Don't get me wrong. I date loads of women whom my friends don't find attractive. But that's because I see other reasons to date them than just their looks.
Ur the one that is suggesting I take anything.
I just don't think that I have to limit myself like that. Why do it when you don't have to? |

I've dated 6 Korean women, and with the exception of 1 who was just looking for fun, they were all pretty relationship minded. In fact, the 4 that have ended did so because of my unwillingness to commit, as I don't see myself staying here that long.
If you find the right woman her family doesn't matter.
There are plenty of women who won't let their lives be dictated to them by their families.
There are also many who refuse to date Korean men.
You won't have a problem, unless you're deformed, or extremely overweight, or not white. |

Great BJs? Sugar-mamas? C'mon, don't say it's for their personalities or you will be voted out of the male race.
Expose your male superficiality for the world to see. Embrace it as your genetic destiny. |

um... usually something that I just find really attractive... common interests, the ability to kick my ass in video games for instance. but definately the great BJ's and suga-mama's have had their place as well. I find I don't tend to keep them around for that long though. I great BJ's only so good, you have to be able to put up with this person for the other 23 hours of the day. |
