am I the only Western male who does NOT find Korean women (and many Asian women in general) NOT particularly sexy? (actually take that back slightly, I find Asian american women sexy and Filipinas and many Indonesians)

but seriously.. now my snapshot is limited and I have not trolled the hotspots in Seoul, because I don't like the idea of taking the fucking subway back to my city at 6 am in the morning for an hour.

but just general observations from daily life (more accurate then beer goggles anyways.)

I find korean women attractive.. most pleasant to look at. Many seem very nice.. VERY graceful and feminine.. some of these attributes many consider "sexy". And perhaps they are.

Korean women don't get fat. Even as they put in a little weight, it often HELPS their figure (in my opinion anyways)

but I'm talking about "stirring your loins sexy"... and I don't mean in that over the top calculated way American bimbettes do it in a strip joint, or the ridiculously fake and lame American porn.

Some women, particularly Europeans, (the French being particularly noted, and French Canadians) can be knock out sexy without even trying (that hard).

perhaps my lens is distorted by my extended time spent in countries like Venezuela, Colombia, Cuba... where the women take the meaning of the word 'sexy' to really new levels. it's in your face.. big time... yet she doesn't necessarily look like a lame hooker the way some of these Korean women do with the stilletto heels and the minidresses (you need a nice ass for a minidress, they don't have them

anyways... that's my bitch/beef with Korean women.

Nice eye candy.. very pleasant to the senses... very graceful.. all great things.

but exude absolutely no raw sexuality AT ALL. (even the ones getting married seem to approach this with more of a puppy love/ soap opera wedding approach)

then I read many Korean marriages become sexless after the compulsory kid or two.. which deepens my "sexless" or "not sexy" stereotype.

thoughts/ comments?

or am I off my rocker? (obviously there is no right/wrong answer here and it's all subjective.. but I'm curious if there are others who feel as I do)

some Latin examples:

Cuban women are noted for the "sashay" in their normal walk. the way they move their asses (even more so than your average Latin woman)

they can give some of the most "smoldering" looks with just their big dark eyes.. (or not so dark for that matter)

yes, it's a little (or sometimes a lot) calculated.. but it WORKS (for me anyways)

have never seen this type of behavior here (granted, small statistical sample up to this point) but this is reinforced by what I've seen in some other northeast Asian samples.

I know what you're saying. Most are kind of like how you described.

I married a Korean woman, but she's not like most of them. She's got so much 'sashay' going when she walks I get concerned she's gonna throw out her hip. When I make fun of it she says "What? That's just the way I walk!" Then again, many locals assume when first meeting her that she's not Korean.

Korean women (besides the hardcore adjummas) tend to dress nice and keep up their appearances well. That said, there often does seem to be something missing.

I find the giant round heads and thick bones of many Korean women very unattractive. There are many with normal heads and thin bones though who I do find attractive. I think the many Korean v Japanese, Korean v Thai, Korean v Chinese, Korean v Western etc women threads are pointless because wherever you are you should be able to find attractive women. If you can't it's a problem with you, not with the women.

I guess it depends, I prefer a "a puppy love", "attractive" "graceful" and "feminine" woman to one who exudes "sex" appeal.

As you said, Hyori is just plain smoking hot...end of discussion, but many of the other celebs/actresses (Jeon Ji-Hyun, Kim Tae-Hee etc) are perfect examples of the Korean woman you dislike(or rather don't find sexy). I find woman like that far more attractive than Hyori, or your typical sexy Latino Hottie.

i find them to be very unattractive and i work at a womens univ. no boobs, no curves, no butt. heck why do they even wear bras? nothing to support i know some guys with bigger chests than most korean women.

throw in their personalities and i totally dont get why guys here go nuts over them. guess it may be given some of the guys i know personalities that no western women would go near them they are so bad.

Sexy - No, but some of them are very pretty and that carries another kind of power.

What disappoints me even more is how many of them let themselves go as they enter their middle ages. Huge visors and old lady perms. Japanese and Chinese ladies take better care of themselves in their later years. They dress much better.

With other woman I'm considered big. With Koreans I'm essentially man-dingo.
