|
|
The kittens were abandoned outside of a local hagwon and need a good home. They're presently being bottle fed, but will, I hope, be weaned within a couple of weeks. At that time, they'll be ready to go to a new house. They've been using the litter box fairly well, and are active, curious, and loving. Please give them a home if you can, or pass the word along.
If you'd like to see more of them, please click on the following link: http://s279.photobucket.com/albums/kk158/jecheoncat . Three cats are shown, but only two are available as a woman has promised to take one, but hasn't chosen which one yet.
I live in Chungcheongbuk-do, but I am willing to deliver the kittens if necessary.
Please contact me if you are interested, and we can discuss things in more detail.
Thanks!

Kudos to you for taking them in and giving them a chance at life. It's not easy to raise kittens.
I would take another one in if my husband wouldn't kill me for it. I definitely recommend anyone to take in an abandoned kitten. I did 2 months ago from another teacher and she is my little baby. Super affectionate and completely owns me. I raised her from when she was a week old.
If you already have a cat and it's getting bored and attacking your feet/things a friend is really helpful. It also helps teach the kitten to be a cat. Adopting my street kitty helped my older cat's behavior TREMENDOUSLY.
Besides, the hard part is waking up every 3 hours to feed them. Their new owners get the really fun part! |

They're about 5 weeks old now, and are getting stronger all the time. I never had to do the every-three-hour feedings except for the first couple of nights. These guys have been sleeping through the night for the past few days. Luckily, whoever left them in front of that hagwon waited a few weeks. My guess is that they knew the foreigners there would try to find homes for the kittens. If they'd just wanted them dead, they'd have drowned them or something.
I agree that having at least two cats is the way to go. Our family has always had animals, and some of the best combinations have been neutered males and kittens.
Anyhow, thanks for the bump Steffi, and if you know anyone who might be interested, please let them know. |

I can go into the vet tomorrow and find out for sure. They might be all males, though. Sorry. Were you interested in a female? The one who might be female is the one with the bottle. |

hi...if you could find out that would be great. I would prefer a female and I am thinking about taking two. When will the other lady decide which one she wants? |

good on ya for taking them in.... our little noe that we rescued is just off the bottle and doing great... we had two other cats so he has adapted beautifully....
the thing with kittens is that you think they are so little and can't do anything but they can.... ours went to the litter box we made for him right away... an old pizza box works perfect for their little legs
anyways good luck we would take one but we have three too many hahaha |

If you already have a dog you can add a kitten to the mix. My mom had a 2 year old American Bulldog, pretty big, and she got a kitten. The dog loves the kitten and they play together all of the time. As long as the cat is young it will adapt to the dog and dogs will just add it to their pack.
I'll let a few people know about the kittens. I hope the woman that will take onecan't decide and takes two instead!! They are so adorable!!! |
