There are over 7 million American bone marrow donors and less than 3% of them are Asian or bi-racial. This needs to change. I know that this a Korean forum, but many of us have friends or family in the states who could help people that are clinging to life simply because there aren't enough Asian-Americans and bi-racial Americans who are currently registered as donors. If you have friends or family who fit either category in the U.S. or any other western country, please ask them to register for donation. All it takes to register is a mouth swab.
