| I have my crim check in hand, and it is in a sealed envelope. Can I open it? As well, do I need a health check for a C4? The website is very unclear and I don't want any surprises before I send in my stuff. IF anyone has any advice or things to be wary of please inform. |

You CAN open it because you will need either an apostille or an embassy certification (depending on your country of origin) affixed to it.
