Today I got my shiny new E2 visa through the post.

In March, I walked out of a hagwon job that was not fullfilling
my criteria as a good place to work for a multitude of reasons. The full story can be found here.

I left without a LoR and thought that was that in regards working in South Korea for the foreseeable future, I liked living in Korea so I fancied having another go - I contacted a decent recruiter and told them the story
and that I left without a LoR and she said not to worry and that I could get a job in a public school as soon as I wanted it, I didn't think it would happen but I'm glad to say it has.

It is just a small note to say that despite my so called 'midnight run' (and it wasn't - more like a daylight stroll) and my lack of LoR - that I got another visa 3 months later! Don't put up with crap treatment in some daft hagwon!
