hi all,
if any of the forum experts could please advise,
i am trying to contact http://www.itkorea4u.com/. i am calling from pusan.
i have also emailed them and used their contact form on their website, but they have not repiled.
i have sent them money for internet and mobile phone but have not heard from them. i have tried both their phone numbers - 0505-850-2319 and 050-0850-2319.
i think they are in seoul so have tried the following combinations -
0505-850-2319
02-0505-850-2319
2-0505-850-2319
050-0850-2319
02-050-0850-2319
2-050-0850-2319
i rang directory assistance, they said the ph# is an internet phone that is only contactible from overseas.

There's no physical address on their website. This is bad news. Can I ask why you went with them to begin with? No flame or critical intent here, just curious why you went with these guys.

i saw a post on here recommending them. apparently itkorea4u can organizr internet and mobile phone with just passport (not Alien card). i preferred not to wait for alien card, so went thru them.
things not looking good lol |

You didnt get a call from the internet provider to organise a time for install? |
