I'd like to travel and get involved in something...anything....anywhere....I JUST WANT TO USE MY MIND AGAIN! I don't care for what. In any case I've been in this concrete jungle for too long and I've had too many three word converstations with kiddies dealing with weather and fruit. I need some R&R.

Things I would do:

Drink my face off.
Meet lots of women.

That aside...maybe take a TESL course or something....maybe in Thailand. Or...find a writer's retreat or an artist retreat where I could get high and finger paint all day. Or maybe there's some sort of resort somewhere full of single women who want to meet me. Does anyone know of anything at all? Even a Buddhist retreat or a treking tour or whatever.

What are the rest of yee up to for the vacation assuming you have one?

wtf....since when does meeting women not involve using one's mind???

we have invented computers, nukes, perfected the wheel, and I'm watching David Letterman on a see-saw with 6 midgets dressed up as Santa's elves right now....and yet....what is the one thing mankind hasn't been able to fully grasp yet? WOMANKIND! And, accordingly, I find a few beers tends to help or at least slightly dimb the looming questions in my mind.

If you have time off head straight for Thailand. I know i would. magic country. Its got it all, nice islands and beaches to the south and bangkok up North. Make sure you go while a full moon party is on, a two day binge of good fun. In Bangkok you'll find the women cant get enough of the white man, as bad as it sounds its true. They love the white cock. Dirt cheap and when your on the sauce, if you go, drink the thai rum, Sang Som, its got amphetamines in it so before you know what hits you you'll be buzzing around the place 'avin a right laugh.

It depends what you want. For drunk, dirty fun I hear Thailand is tops, as the previous posters have said. Vietnam is probably best if you want to go on the cheap. Guam/Saipan is expensive.

I went to Bali in October and had a good time. Cheap hotels, any type of food you like, beaches, beer, scenery. Indonesian girls are mostly very conservative, but there's lots of nightlife in Bali with female tourists possibly after the same thing you are.
