argh...now that I actually know what I have (sorry, not much of a gear-head)...

Fender TRADITIONAL strat, American made, 500,000 won OBO (sells for 600,000 new here). Comes with gig-bag.

for those wondering why the price drop:

easy answer is I thought that it was an American Standard strat, which is higher quality. Apparently, it is a "traditional", which is essentially a Squire before they started making the Squire series. Sadly, I didn't know this when I bought it 4 years ago from a Korean acquaintance, so unless prices have come down in the past few years, I overpaid for it.

I don't use it these days since I use my other guitar. I plan on leaving next year, and don't plan on bringing the strat with me.

It's not a bad guitar, plays well and has a nice sound. I've had the jack replaced, so it should be up to speed.

that's the story.

Gotta chime in here.

A Squire's a Squire. That's a Strat. $500 is a fair price. Waht year is it?
