in great shape, it's only a month old, and comes with the original restore cd's and a really nice leather top shell cover, and nice leather palm rest cover. Everything is in black to match the macbook. Nothing wrong with it, I am just looking to get an iMac for some video editing I have started to become interested in. If you have one to trade with me, lets talk.

Will take 1.2 million for it if you don't have an iMac.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that under the hood, an Imac is going to be about the same as the Macbook in processing speed and other specs important for video - the only obvious advantage is the nice monitor. The Macbook, however has a high quality monitor adapter. If it were me, I'd keep the book and go to Costco for a big cheap monitor, for instance the gorgeous 22" Viewsonic I picked up for $250.

Well you are essentially correct, with one exception. The iMacs have a dedicated video card, which is essential for higher-end video-editing programs like final cut pro. I am by no means a video editing junkie, but with the extra time on my hands these days, I want to start working with final cut. I have pondered the idea of the monitor, until I did my research on the video card situation.

sorry, even your jedi mind tricks won't make me drop the price that low Razz I am looking for 1.2, or an iMac, or even alternately a macbook pro (though I have no idea why someone would go backwards). The ideal situation for a macbook pro trade might be the first gen intel processors or something, as long as there is still applecare on it.. something like that. Anyways, thanks for the offer though!

They recently updated the black ones to 2.4, and this one is a Korean one. I bought it at technomart new, but it was sold to me after the updated ones came out, at a reduced cost of course. Thats why I can offer the notebook with the 4GB ram upgrade for 1.2.

bump bump. I am heading to Japan Thursday, and if hurricane fenshen hasn't swallowed up my boat on the way over or on the way back, I would ideally like to sell this thing Saturday night/Sunday in Seoul. I am located in Busan, but I would come up for the sale. email or text 010-9986-7600.
Dave.
