Does anyone know of any good websites to watch t.v.? I don't mean live streaming t.v., but just downloaded shows that you can watch on demand. I used to use surfthechannel.com but it's been having problems lately.

tvshack.net

Not as good as surfthe channel, but acceptable. STC was working so good until they started demanding that everyone switch to firefox. Hopefully, they can correct things soon.

This "free sevice" is actually US$49.95 Looks like a scam to me.
They probably round up free stuff from other sites and package
it together for newbs that don't know any better.

I recommend Ultrasurf 8.0 Proxy server and then use http://www.hulu.com

So in Korea does the proxy system work pretty well for Hulu? I'm hoping I can still watch Daily Show and Colbert without having to download...

comedycentral website has colbert and daily show full episodes. Has short ads but the video quality is good and it's fast and convenient. All shows should do this.

You can watch South Park free as well if you that is your thing, affililated with comedy central so it's legal. I think it is South Park Studio or something.
