I just finished the evening program at Ewha. It was a great program, and I definitely improved. They have a good balance of speaking and grammar. It mostly depends on the teacher, I was lucky and had a really good one. Its heaps better than Yonsei, more interesting and they encourage more free talking. Its also better than Seoul National U, which I've also gone through.
