Freddosos book is being promoted by the well-connected conservative public relations firm Creative Response Concepts. The firm, headed by former GOP operative Greg Mueller, also handled publicity for Unfit for Command and media relations for the 527 group Swift Boat Veterans for Truth, which in 2004 ran widely covered television advertisements featuring veterans who had served in Vietnam with Kerry, criticizing his conduct and character and claiming he had exaggerated his war record.

Can you really equate the way Kerry was smeared with the Baby Alex commercials?

McCain actually did say we would be in Iraq for 100 years.

I'm all for attack politics, when the attacks center around ISSUES, not personality or sketchy implications like the idea that Obama is a secret Islamist.

The US has been in Korea 50 years. and for 20 years the number was not 28,500 like now but 75,000.

The US has a volunteer military.

I don't think everything the Swift boaters said about Kerry was a lie.

MOVE ON likes to take stuff out of context. They did so w/what McCain said.

The US has been in SOUTH KOREA for 50 years. Not downtown Pyongyang with dozens of bases all over North Korea.

SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE.

You're all for attack politics? I don't buy it.

Anyway,

It wasn't just Move On. Dean was pushing that long before anyone else.

You are correct however in the future it could be similar especially if the US moves it forces to Kurdistan where the people actually want the protection of the US.

Remember Northern Iraq the top 20% of the country everything went according to plan.

So the anti-Kerry book was about him "telling the truth..." I guess doing an attack book on another Democratic candidate just proves the author doesn't have a political agenda. Rolling Eyes

Obama is an empty suit with Chiclet teeth. Another JFK type - either Kennedy or Kerry.
