How is the nightlife in Seoul during Chuseok? Are places like Hongdae and Gangnam ghost towns at night?

in my experience, the foreign-owned or foreign hot-spots are open and buzzing...it's just the k-style hofs and such that might shut down or whatever.

Spent my first Chuseok in Seoul five years ago running around Hongdae with friends. It was business as usual.

I partied in Sould last year over Chosok. The bars were hopping in the usual places.
