Is there any? How about, near Suwon?

I was thinking about getting a conversation partner but the idea of it seems very hit-or-miss. I could get a real dud to work with or someone who expects me to teach them a lot of English I'd rather only teach at my job.

So, I was thinking instead of paying someone to teach me Korean. I have all this free time and nothing to do with it. Actually, public school has three or four times more free time than I thought it would. I think I only teach three weeks in the next two months!

Is Seoul the only option, or are there classes in Suwon? What about Anyang or another nearby place?
