15 calendar days and it is in the labor standards act (article 60):
http://english.molab.go.kr/data/LaborStandardsAct.pdf

The proviso is that you are NOT entitled to it until you have worked a full year.

If you have worked less than a full year you are entitled to 1 calendar day per month worked and ONLY if you have NOT missed a work day.

What happens if the employer is providing only 10 days annual vacation allowance if you have completed a year? What can be done? Just need some information so that I can get the 10 days changed to 15 days.

a) 10 working days or
b) 10 calendar days?

If (a) then they only need to add an extra Saturday and they have fulfilled their legal obligation.

If (b) then file a formal complaint with the labor office (but make sure you are working 6 days a week before you do).

10 working days (Monday to Friday for 2 weeks essentially). I work no weekends full time and there was no compromise regarding 15 working days paid vacation even though I had it in black and white.
