15 calendar days and it is in the labor standards act (article 60):

The proviso is that you are NOT entitled to it until you have worked a full year.
If you have worked less than a full year you are entitled to 1 calendar day per month worked and ONLY if you have NOT missed a work day.

| What happens if the employer is providing only 10 days annual vacation allowance if you have completed a year? What can be done? Just need some information so that I can get the 10 days changed to 15 days. |

a) 10 working days or
b) 10 calendar days?
If (a) then they only need to add an extra Saturday and they have fulfilled their legal obligation.
If (b) then file a formal complaint with the labor office (but make sure you are working 6 days a week before you do).

| 10 working days (Monday to Friday for 2 weeks essentially). I work no weekends full time and there was no compromise regarding 15 working days paid vacation even though I had it in black and white. |
