Any one else find that their bowels have never been the same since coming to Korea?

yeah..mine have improved hugely...mainly due to the lack of bread i think.

Actually I've noticed several things since changing diets.

1. Bowels are better
2. Less indigestion
3. Less heartburn (always a big problem for me)
4. Seems that I have no BO scent anymore. Never was strong, but now pretty much nonexistent...

Points 1, 2 and 3 are the same for me. Point 4 unfortunately... Sad

Every moring like clockwork. All it takes is fibre (oatmeal, waffles, or cereal) and a little black coffee helps too.
