I am looking to foward to return the favour for some of the treatments they given me here .
There's a korean church next to the Otago language center at the Otago university, they dont welcome anybody who arent koreans. During the busy exam periods these gooks just hog onto the computers for hours messaging their friends on cyworld and navers inside the university library when there are alot of vacant computers in other buildings, sometimes when the IT supervisor told them minimised their time they just give this dum innocent of "I dont know" look. ...
Nice one pointy headed boy. Do you realise that if you do that, you'll be just as bad as your perceived transgressors?
Delpengi, you should lose that huge chip on your shoulder. Every country has faults, including NZ. ViolAnce is horrible though, isn't it? |

This is a question I just don't get.
I make, after a master degree, around 20% above the average, quite beyond reach of 50% of the migrants.
Yet I live in a drafty house build by Neanderthals that allows heat to escape in nanoseconds and the local u25 find that the highlight of their weekend is puking all over my letterbox.
And then, on top of relative unemployment there is this horrible disconnection from the rest world.
I don't get it. |
Let me tell you why..
Korean want their children out from " education hell " and they want their children to get out from " hell of competive society ". It's all about their kid's future.
I know a korean family who immigrated to one of poor Latin American countries. |

Attention, mods. I don't think this is really acceptable language. Don't be a racist idiot. |

NZ became better since Koreans began emigrating there.
NZs biggest immigrant numbers the last few years were from Britain, India, Fiji and Sth Africa. Last year 36000 Kiwis left, some 40000 others came in.
I'm really surprised any of them made it through the Immigration Service balony - it took me a full year of going back and forwards to Immi offices and a lot of effort just to get my wife (mother of my kids) a NZ resident visa. How do people who have no relationship with NZ get them? |

That is so correct.
I have in the past advised Koreans to move to NZ as the house prices were on par at that time yet the educationally-driven competition was almost non-existent as compared to Korea. Also, with universities considered world-class in research capacity(Auckland uni was ranked 48th according to the education higher times supplement) I thought these were great reasons to ensure a great future for kids.
Imagine doing so well at school so that by achieving high Bursary marks at college, a student can choose their study whether it be Medicine, Engineering etc. Unheard of in Asia except for the elites. Immigration is a great economic equalizer when looked at in these terms. |

We went through the same hoop/s with immigration ourselves. Immi can be ass-holes too, all that fool's errand stuff searching for the left-handed screw driver bullshit. She was told to bring in $3,000 in cash in order to prove she had money to support herself in order to get a visa while in-country. They then turned around and claimed that's not how it's done in NZ. Anyway, she has been registered to vote in NZ while I can't in the US as Permanent Residents(Green card holders) don't have that privilege stateside.
After a year and a half, she decided she'd rather return to the states( I went with her and won't be back to live apart to visit). |

There are especially large numbers of Koreans in Peru, Paraguay, and Argentina. Even with a small amount of savings it can be easy for them to open up businesses or buy homes since the costs are lower, and the lifestyle is far more relaxed and enjoyable. |

Anyone here from Nelson? If Koreans are still wanting to emigrate to NZ they should do their best to avoid this place like the plague.
These two stories emerged recently:

I can't say precisely why this lovely young Korean man (kid?) was murdered, but having a look at the accused you can only guess.
Despite our hardships here in Korea with gaining acceptance from the locals, luckily, we don't have to deal with this stuff too much. |

They go for the countryside and fresh air.
(Having totally eliminated their own).
Theres an old saying:
originally, people who slept under the stars and swam in the rivers all their lives, changed that lifestyle to work in offices just so they could sleep under the stars and swim in the rivers for 2 weeks a year. |

Neo-nazi scumbags should be sent to Auschwitz.
Even if from birth they were screwed up with poncy names like, 'Shannon Brent Flewellen.' It's no excuse for their violence on innocents.
Makes me sick. |

I agree with Cheonmunka. The skinheads and other racist scum in NZ should be lined up against a wall and shot. I feel so bloody ashamed everytime I read about stuff like Kim Jae Hyeon's tragic death in NZ. Sadly, NZ has an underclass of white trash breeders who should also be obliged to sign up for long-term birth control when they sign up for the dole and other benefits.
On a happier note, there are lots of great people and great places to see in NZ too. Those photos of Lake Tekapo and other places in the SI are great.

I just moved back to NZ after 7 years away 5 of which were spent in Korea. I ended up in nelson and am currently bouncing at one of the nightclubs 4 nights a week. I have Mr Daniel Kitto's name and face etched into my memory and as soon as he tries to get into the club when i'm working he'll be getting denied or kicked out if he's already in. I'll give him the exact details of why i'm not letting him in as well, something diplomatic like "racist dumbfuck ignorant mouthbreathing fucktards aren't welcome in this club sorry sir".
As to people bitching and moaning about NZ, it took me 7 years of travelling to truly realise what a fucking great country it is. So long as you are willing to work hard, anything is possible. None of the associated fuckwittery that go's with being an expat in asia. I love being back home, the only downer is that i'm constantly checking out every asian chick i see...in fact there is a smoking hot 30+ year old korean girl sitting across from me at the internet cafe right now....i can't stop glancing at her! |

I went to New Zealand 8 years ago, and I'd kill to go back. I loved every minute of it. The people were nice (nicer than the asshole "Christians" I was with), the food was fab (Lift, meat pies and Crunchy Bars!), and it was an astoundingly beautiful country. |
Shhhhhhh it's nice because there aren't lots of people there. |

Since when does a 14 year old look 28? Those sociopathic f#$%k-ups havn't changed.
I used to date a skin's sister. A carload would travel up from Timaru to collect me from the airport. They were retards then and it seems little has changed.
NZ can be surprisingly racist in the most pristine looking places. |
