Nothing good ever came to anywhere I was... I'd kill to see Green Day, but they don't seem to travel outside of North America and if they do, it only seems to be to Western Europe. If they came to Korea I'd be on it. What I've seen:
Our Lady Peace (x2)
All Amerian Rejects (s-s-s-ucked! Friend's idea)
Metric
Matthew Good Band (x2, once solo and once with the band)
Buck 65
The Trews
The Trailer Park Boys (does this even count?)
BareNaked Ladies
Joel Plaskett Emergency
Death From Above 1979
Alexisonfire
Bif Naked
Great Big Sea
Sloan (sucked)
K-Os
The Yeah Yeah Yeahs
NOFX (good, but disappointing. Basically said they didn't know why they were playing in our "shit city" and how they weren't coming back... etc, on stage, no less! Also, I was the oldest there by six years and I was twenty at the time.)
...and a few more I can't think of right now because I haven't been to a concert since I was back home.

| None. I saw Al Stewart in Atlantic City. That has been the only non-bar pop music I've ever seen live. |

Going from memory:
Weird Al Yankovic
Blue Rodeo
Barenaked Ladies
Smashing Pumpkins
Perfect Circle
Foo Fighters
Spirit of the West
Hayden
Sloan
Thrush Hermit
Joel Plaskett Emergency
Sparklehorse
REM
Godspeed You Black Emperor!
I know I'm forgetting a bunch. I wasn't always exactly sober at concerts. None of these were particularly favorites of mine (except maybe REM once upon a time and Godspeed), more of a result of where I was.
The best live shows for me were definitely the smaller, local or nearby bands. I'll take a show in a club over a giant venue any day. |

My list is a lot smaller than most; I've never been much of a concert-goer. Here it is:
Chicago
Orleans
John Denver
Styx (met backstage and got pictures taken with them)
Bad Company (also met and got pics)
...and a few others I can't remember and weren't too important.
My sister is a good friend of one of the members of the original Grand Funk Railroad (I don't remember the name), but I've never seen them in concert. |

Quite an impressive list have you been to Skunk Hell yet? They have an Oi festival every year.

Yeah Ive been to Skunks many a times since I've been here. I brought my friends band(The Queers) here last September and they played at Skunks and Spot. I'm trying to put together DOA now. Teenage Bottlerocket has shown an intrest. Bad Religion wanted 15,000 USD so screw them. I've talked with Blackie from the Hard-Ons and they want to come but they are pretty busy these days so who knows. For now you have to settle for RUX, Couch and Cockcrasher. |
