As I do not leave for korea for about 2 months, I am glad my family is ignorant of Daves because well, lets just say I got all the adventure chromosones in the family and while I can imagine that class being frustrating, I too see the humour, though it dind't hapen to me.... Any who my family is already set against me going some of the stories on Daves would make them shackle me to the water heater lol. WOOO Heres for some crasy days ahead in Korea.

Thank you for sharing. Your mastery of the English language coupled with your impressive anecdotal skills shake the very foundations of what an aspiring esl professional should be. You inspire me to make the world a better place, and may your Korean adventure prove to be a crowning achievement. *

wow, you're pretty harsh dude. why you gotta be so critical? It's a chat forum and people don't really care about grammar and run-ons and whatnot the way they would if they were speaking. Maybe it makes you feel better about yourself. Rolling Eyes

Hey Big Mike, don't worry about what Kimbop the arrested terrorist said. Come over, experience it and decide if it's for you or not. Hope you enjoy yourself. A lot of other expats you meet here are in the same boat as you.

While it's perhaps a little harsh, the OP's English really was awful. I can't figure out what he's even saying. The odd spelling mistake or grammatical oversight is forgivable, but the OP is one huge mess.

I've never posted drunk on Dave's, and I think "dind't" is an awesome word and should become a catchphrase of some sort here.

Using my keen powers of observation, I have concluded that it was not meant to be an OP at all.

I bet you $50 it's a misplaced reply to this thread: http://forums.eslcafe.com/korea/viewtopic.php?t=126977

Maybe he was just so excited about coming to Korea that he could barely contain his fingers as they zipped across his keyboard.

Agree with the second point. As to the first, my cold-sober posts (this being one of them) come in at about 10 % of my posts here. Most of the posts here sound like things you overheard at a bar.
