Who has one and how did you do it?? They seem to be really hard to get!!

Lotte rep went around my school offering credit cards. I told them I wanted one. They said foreigners couldn't get one. Then I showed them my ARC, Health Insurance, and my school's contract.
I got a Lotte Card. |

| People working for a government job (hence public schools) can apply for a credit card because they are seen to have a "safe" job. |
