I have been in Gangwon for 4 days now and noticed that many people are wearing Winter coats despite it not being cold. I'm wearing shorts and short sleeved shirts when off work, but I'm not cold nor hot. It's very mild here in the 20's Celsius or 70's Fahrenheit.
I must add it appears to be a cold climate as most of the trees are conifer or pine tree like and they say Winter is brutal, but it's at the same parallel as the Mediterranean and the Missouri/Arkansas border.
What's going on? |
